Separation of Church and State Deception in the U.S. Challenged.

By Jeffrey L. Girling

There are some secular organizations that believe the first amendment of the United States Constitution Bill of Rights would suggest that there be separation between Church and State.  Here's the first amendment of the Bill of Rights. (U.S. Constitution.)

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

Notice that it says (Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion)    But also notice that it says  or prohibiting the free exercise thereof)  Which means congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of one's religion.   Yet!  There are many who believe in laws that would prohibit freedom of religion in schools and politics.(But above, the constitution forbids laws that would deny the freedom of one to exercise their faith)

Also notice it goes on to include freedom of speech, the press, and the right of people to peacefully assemble..  Since freedom of speech, the press, and right to assemble are included in this first amendment, then Christians have the right to exercise their religion, just as much as the press has their right to write articles, and also people have the right to free speech.  (The press has their rights in schools and political affairs, and they defend their right to be involved with government from this first amendment.)  But notice that freedom to exercise ones religion includes everywhere the press is allowed to exercise their freedom of press. Both religion and press connected to the same thought in the first amendment.

Truth Is: The phrase "separation of church and state"  isn't mentioned or exist in the Constitution of The United States of America.  It appears in the old Soviet Union's Constitution in Article 52: Religion, it states, “In the USSR, the church is separated from the state.”   Yes!  It's part of the old Soviet Union Constitution.

Another Truth Is:  That the A.C.L.U. (American Civil Liberities Union)  whose father and founder was Roger Baldwin, who was a well known associate of atheistic communistic Russia, who had a grudge against the church, and made frequent trips to Russia.  Yes!  The atheistic A.C.L.U. has planted this deception in the minds of U.S. citizens, that the U.S constitution states separation of church and state, while using the first amemdment to state their cause.  Twisting the first amendment to suit their cause of atheism. (It's written above!)  What do you think?)

Truth is:  Our forefathers who wrote the first bill of rights of the U.S. Constitution were mostly Protestant Christian believers and descendants of Europeans, who fled from Europe, because of the Catholic Church imposing their religion on all Europeans. The Catholic church politically controlled religion in Europe, so that European citizens were denied freedom of religion.

The First amendment just simply means that Congress can make no laws respecting an establishment such as the Catholic church.   Which means the Catholic church can't make other Christians be Catholic.  It never implied that Christians couldn't exercise their faith in politics.  (President John Kennedy  and President George Bush practiced their religion in the political arena, so did Abraham Lincoln and others.)  We just can’t separate our beliefs  from politics.

Truth is:  Atheists are practicing their religion!  Atheism is a religion in itself!  So an Atheist also has freedom of their religion.  It's just that Christians are the only ones who are singled out as being religious.   (When all beliefs are religious in nature!)  It's just that the A.C.L.U. seems to only have trouble with the religion of Christians, but they don't seem to have any problems with the beliefs and religion of the A.C.L.U.  (Which is belief there is no God!)

Fact is:  Belief in Jesus Christ is the only thing that's considered religious, when applying religion to Government  matters.  Quite Honestly!  Every act that's committed in the world is a product and result of one's beliefs or religion, or perhaps even no belief, which is even another religion! (Like agnostic for example!)  So it's actually impossible to separate religion and state.  Isn't it?  Oh I forgot!  Some call it Separation of Church and State!  You See!  Some only try to apply it to Christians.  (The Church!)   Why don't they try stating it like this:  (Separation of  Beliefs and State)  See how far that would get them?

But No!  They only want to apply it to what the church believes!  Right!  When they don't have any U.S. constitutional law to do so.  (Because Again! Separation of Church And State isn't in the U.S. Constitution.  (It's part of the old Soviet Union Constitution, which was based on Atheism!)

I would like to share something I wrote back in the 90's.  Titled “Prejudism Toward American Christians”    It’s a bit outdated, because I wrote it in the 90’s, but it fits well here.

Prejudism Toward American Christians

American Christians are treated rudely and disrespectfully, when expressing their beliefs and opinions in America.  They are rediculed., laughed at, and mocked by the general public. They are called names like crazy, nuts, and fanatics by the general public.

During the 1992 Presidential race between George Bush Sr. and Bill Clinton, The Republican Party was criticized for giving American Christians a right to express their political views at the 1992 Republican national convention, after the Democratic Party was praised for supporting the political views of the Gay community.

The Republican Party was accused of leaning too far to the right.  It was made by people who are prejudice towards American Christians, and believe Gays and others of various self interest groups have a right to express their political opinions, but don't believe American Christians have a right to express their political opinions.

It was projected by various groups, some supported by the A.C.L.U, Who have managed to manipulate government during the 60's, 70's, and 80's., and managed to have an American Christian's right of free expression stripped from him or her in public schools across the U.S.

It was projected by groups who fight for their right for freedom of speech and expression, but groups who also want to deny an American Christian his or her right to freedom of speech and expression in public schools and other public places including the Republican National Convention.

It was projected by groups who fight for the right to expess nudity and sing filth to young people and children in America.  It was projected by groups who fight for the right to slaughter inocent unborn children in America.

It was projected by various groups, who seem to fight for the right to do anything indecent in the name of freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and freedom of choice.  It's these same self interest groups, who fight to have an American Christian's right taken from him or her, by having them censored in public schools, having pro-life activist arrested, and working overtime to have the Bible removed from public schools in various places, so an American Christian student doesn't have a free choice what book he or she wants to read in school.

The Gay community is currently fighting to have their lifestyle taught to first-graders in school, while American Christians  are forbidded.to express or teach their lifestyles in school at all.(Even to Seniors!)

They say they don't like Christians pushing their beliefs on them, but they have no problem pushing their beliefs and filth anywhere they please, with total disragard as to whom they offend.

In America a young school girl in elementry school was expelled from school, because she was reading her Bible to herself on the school bus.. Yet!  The Gay community fights to have their lifestyle taught to first graders in school. (One of Hilary Clinton's big causes!)

Another teenage boy was expelled from school for wearing a shirt with a picture of a cross on it.  They said it might offend someone. Yet!  Other students were wearing anything on their shirts they pleased including santanic symbols, and didn't care who they offended.

A school Teacher was threatend to be fired, because he kept his personal Bible in his personal drawer, which he read to himself on his breaks.  He never once spoke of it to the students at all. (Again!  The Gay community wants to read their book to first graders)

A first grade teacher asked her students to write a report on their favorite hero.  One of the little boys chose Jesus as his hero and turned in his report. The teacher rejected it, and told him it wasn't appropriate.  The little boy went home feeling sad. (Again! The Gay community wants their book to be appropriate for first graders.)

Stories like these have happened in hundreds of schools across America. These groups are fighting hard to destroy everything an American Christian believes to be morally right and decent.  The thing that saddens my heart, is when the general public joins forces with these groups, and continues to practice prejudism against American Christians, by calling Christians  names like crazy, nuts, and fanatics.

These groups are blasting their beliefs and opinions on just about every talk show in America. They play their filthy music on every street corner. They pedal nudity on most of the television networks.  They say anything!  They do Anything!  They teach anything!  Any where!  Any Place! To Anyone they please, with total disregard  as to whom they offend.  They do it all in the name of freedom of expression, while accusing American Christians of offending and pushing our beliefs on them, while they fight hard to censor the American Christian on public platforms from the Political National conventions to the first grade class room.  Yet! Never failing to see that their agenda gets addressed.

They are also trying to do their thing, and demanding to do their thing in the churches of America.  I would ask the general public to open their eyes, and see who is pushing whose beliefs on whom in America, and who is trying to censor whom?

Here's a website link that gives historic information as to the faith of our fore-fathers who created the U.S. Constitution and formed our government.   You will see prayers of George Washington there, and insight to the wishes & intentions of our fore-fathers regarding the U.S. Constitution.

They'll sell a book for a small price, but you can read all content of the book on the website without purchasing anything.   God Bless You All.  Jeff

I recommend reading through both of those sites.
